A quick update on the new pitches.

There is currently lots of work going on to finish the pitches and also to make the access road safe, particularly for the later evening sessions.

We are working towards being able to use the new 11 aside pitch on Sunday the 29th September for some test games, and then for general use from Sunday 6th October (for Sunday matches only).

The 7 aside pitch is about a week behind the 11 aside and also the walkway lighting and safety rail is not due to be completed until the 8th October.

There is temporary lighting being installed on the pitches in a couple of weeks, so we are hopeful of hosting training back at BFC for some teams, but of course we need to ensure it is safe for players and parents/guardians.

Until this is possible, training will continue using the current locations and schedule as passed on by team managers. We apologise for the ongoing inconvenience this brings.

Please also note that NO VEHICLES will be permitted to drive down to the new pitches. This is for safety reasons. Please ensure you park in the existing car parks and walk to the pitches.
